How does the Loyalty Reward Programme Work?

When you shop at coffeemania.ie you will now accumulate Loyalty Points. Upon registering an account with Coffee Mania you are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Rewards program. Customers who are signed-in during checkout will have loyalty points credited to their account. Note that a “guest” checkout option will not earn you reward points. When placing your first order with Coffee Mania – during the checkout please click the “Create an account” check-box. Once you enter a password and place your order – new account will be created for you and you will start accumulating loyalty points. Earned loyalty credits can then be traded in for discounts on any of your purchases, gift certificates or exclusive offers. Each euro you spend on products will earn you one loyalty point. Every 200 points accumulated can be exchanged for €5.00 of in-store credit.

How to Earn Reward Points?

•Create an account with Coffee Mania and receive one time bonus of 5 loyalty points
•Place orders regularly – each euro spent on Nespresso compatible capsules earns you one loyalty point
•Submit product reviews – share your opinion and earn extra points! You’ll earn 25 points for rating the products you use and submitting written reviews, you can submit one review for each product you like.

How do I Redeem My Reward Points?

You can redeem earned loyalty points at checkout, 200 points is equivalent in value to €5 off your order total. You can redeem your points for any product in our shop, including shipping and VAT. If you have accumulated 200 loyalty points or more – you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.
